Signature$1,250 per month, plus sales tax

- Everyday repairs included, up to eight hours a month — a patched wall, a dead outlet, a running toilet, a door that has dropped, a light that has stopped
- Same-day attendance, weekdays — subject to availability
- Quarterly walkthrough, and the seasonal program run for you
- Household staff get their own access — without seeing any pricing or billing information
- Keys held under written protocol; entry codes never stored
Serving New York City and The Hamptons; Miami and Los Angeles coming soon. Additional travel fees may apply for The Hamptons. If your building requires insurance beyond what we ordinarily carry — higher limits, a waiver of subrogation, additional named parties — an additional fee may apply. We tell you before anything is scheduled. We work weekdays, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern.
